2025 is set to be a transformational year for people and HR leaders across Australia.
I shared some of my thoughts with HR Leader on what I think will be the most pressing concerns and focus areas and it boils down to four key areas: compliance, productivity, workplace experience, and disruption.
From wage theft policy changes to AI digital workers entering the workforce, 2025 is set to be a make-or-break year for people whose workplace responsibilities centre around people. Personally, I’m excited about the changes coming.
