I'm all about living life to the fullest. When I'm not immersed in Human Resources, you'll find me at my hobby farm, surrounded by sheep, chickens, bees, cats, and dogs. I'm a green-thumb enthusiast, growing various organic fruits and vegetables because I'm passionate about sustainable living.

Sports-wise, you can catch me cheering loudly for the Springbok rugby team and the Australian cricket team – rugby and cricket are my jam! And when I'm not tending to my farm or watching sports, I'm enjoying quality time with my beautiful wife and our two amazing daughters. I believe in working hard, playing hard, and embracing the simple joys of life on the farm and the field.

Professional details

With nearly 30 years of dedicated experience in Human Resource Management, predominantly within the IT sector, I have honed my expertise in navigating complex organisational transitions. For 25 years, I was a hands-on HR Professional in mainly IT industries, achieving significant milestones, notably during my tenure at Dimension Data in South Africa.

There, I played a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless transition of staff between businesses during outsourcing endeavours. My focus remained unwavering on upholding legislative compliance while ensuring utmost empathy and compassion towards affected staff, ensuring they were never at a disadvantage.

In the latter part of my career, spanning the last 5 years, I've channelled my passion towards the implementation of HCM technology within a range of industries. By blending my extensive HR management experience with a commitment to meeting client requirements, I've contributed significantly to the implementation of HCM solutions meeting the day-to-day needs of client needs.
