About

I'm a proud Cebuana, born and raised in the breathtaking island of Cebu, Philippines. As the youngest among three siblings, I grew up surrounded by the warmth of family and the playful energy of our beloved fur babies.

In 2022, I embarked on an exciting new chapter of my life by saying "I do" and relocating to Australia (with the help of SmartWFM) with my husband, Jan. It's been an incredible journey of love, exploration, and adapting to new beginnings.

Sports have always been a big part of my life. I thrive on the thrill of competition and the camaraderie it brings. Whether it's a game of soccer or a round of padel, count me in!

When I'm not chasing victory on the sports ground, you'll find me exploring new places, embarking on long drives, chillin' on the beach and hunting for cozy cafes with my cutie husband. There's nothing quite like the thrill of exploring new places and creating memories together.

Professional details

I am an Electronics Engineer by education, and my journey in the tech industry has been marked by steady growth and valuable experiences. In 2016, I ventured into the tech field as an Application Consultant assigned for the Project, UKG Ready (formerly known as Kronos Workforce Ready), where I fine-tuned my technical skills and contributed to the seamless implementation of workforce solutions. Progressing in my career, I assumed the role of a Project Manager, overseeing complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

It was in 2020 that I encountered a significant career breakthrough. SmartWFM provided me with a compelling opportunity to contribute to the establishment and growth of the UKG Ready pod within the company. This experience marked a turning point, showcasing my ability to contribute meaningfully to business growth and technology integration.

The recognition of my contributions came in 2022 when I was promoted to the role of Principal for the UKG Ready team. In this position, I help provide strategic direction and oversee the team's efforts, drawing upon my expertise to ensure the continued success of the UKG Ready division. This journey reflects my commitment to continuous learning and making meaningful contributions to the evolving landscape of technology solutions.
