About

I was born in Bathurst, NSW, Australia.  I have always had an entrepreneurial and pioneering mindset.  My first business was a word processing business, my second a discotheque and then started the world's first on-line art auction.  

My corporate career commenced in consulting around the mid 90's where I developed great experience across a variety of vendors and service providers.  I started my first workforce management business in 2008 which was later sold to Deloitte, then founded Smart WFM in 2016.

I love to write and to give-back.  I have published two books, The Digital Workforce and The Modern CEO.

Professional details

I have successfully advised on and delivered 100s of WFM programs of work over the years for clients across a variety of industries including retail, health, service, manufacturing, and hospitality.

I place a strong emphasis on completing continual WFM market analysis, seeking out new technologies, understanding industry trends and sharing my learnings to expand the global knowledge base.  I am focused on delivering business success through people, process and technology in a transparent and measurable way from the shareholder to the operational coal face.
