I'm not one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, I welcome the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and take on new tasks. This willingness to learn and grow has earned me commendation and has been instrumental in my ongoing development as a consultant.

With each project I tackle, I make it a point to stay approachable and readily available to assist in any area, or anything else that comes my way.

About

Having lived in both Italy and Australia, I've had the privilege of experiencing different cultures and languages. As a result, I'm fluent in English, Italian, and Somali, thanks to my international exposure.

Above all else, my family holds the utmost importance in my life. Currently, I dedicate any free time I have to looking after my grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her.

One of my passions is soccer, and I'm a devoted fan of AC Milan. Whenever I can, I love watching their matches, although it can be challenging due to the time difference. Nonetheless, cheering for my favorite team brings me joy and excitement.

Professional details

During my studies, I had the opportunity to undertake several internships through the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), where I worked as an HR administrator for various clients. This allowed me to gain valuable experience across different industries, including utilities, education, and governmental regulated bodies.

Following my internships, I joined Smart WFM in 2019, and since then, I've become deeply passionate about Time and Attendance. My experience spans WFM product configuration and testing. I'm proud to be UKG certified and have successfully completed client work involving WFM products.

More recently, I've taken on the role of system administrator with a client, and I'm thrilled to say that I've excelled in this position. My journey in the field of HR and WFM has been fulfilling, and I'm eager to continue making strides in my career.
