About

Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for sports. You will often find me on the badminton court or kicking a soccer ball around with friends or my son, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. Cricket holds a special place in my heart, and I never pass up an opportunity to watch a game. Additionally, I am a keen follower of Formula 1 racing, drawn to the excitement of fast cars and competitive spirit.

Exploring new destinations and experiencing diverse cultures through travel is another passion of mine. While I am dedicated and focused on my work, I find fulfillment in staying active and pursuing my interests outside of the office.

On the personal side, I am happily married and blessed with a son.

Professional details

With over two decades of diverse professional experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table, including more than a decade focused specifically on the intersection of technology and Workforce Management (WFM). Beginning my career as a software engineer, I transitioned seamlessly into consulting, drawn to the dynamic challenges and the opportunity to leverage technology in optimising workforce operations.

My passion lies in developing customised solutions that uses the latest technological advancements to simplify the lives of our customers, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in WFM. I have had the privilege of working with clients spanning healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government sectors, and more. Notably, I played a pivotal role in a landmark WFM implementation for NSW Health, orchestrating a state-wide rostering program encompassing over 150,000 employees. My journey is characterised by a commitment to technological innovation, problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering transformative solutions that drive results for our clients.
