Having worked in all things Workforce Management for more than 12 years I believe my super power is being able to act as an interpreter, the conduit between technical and non-technical language, helping customers to understand technical requirements and tech teams to understand client requirements.
I was born in the UK and moved to Australia in 1986 where I completed High School. In 2006 I moved back to the UK for six years with my husband and two children. We were fortunate enough during that time to see a lot of Europe. These days I love exploring Australia, spending time with my family including my first grandchild as well as friends. Oh, and I am an F1 fanatic!
Whilst working in the UK I worked for a large multi-borough NHS Trust where I gained experience rolling out HealthRoster across the organization as part of the HR Team. I loved it and on moving back to Australia I started working for the vendor Allocate Software as a Consultant, implementing HealthRoster for NSW Health. From there I worked for Workforce Software, first as a consultant implementing across verticals such as mining, retail, construction and health, before moving on to manage a team of Consultants. Following that I worked with Mirus Australia to help them develop workforce management software specific to the aged care industry. I then joined the team at Smart WFM leveraging my experience in the role of Project Manager where I support clients in the successful delivery of their projects.
As a Project Manager I love working with a diverse range of clients from Media, to Service, Health more, helping them deliver their projects on time and on budget.
